To be truly innovative is hard, it takes great dedication, effort and patience. We choose that journey. We seek out projects that make a difference. We seek out clients we want to work with. We tell it as it is. We deliver on our promises.
Join us on the road less travelled. For challenges, highs, lows, satisfaction, belly laughs and a healthy measure of truly off the wall individuality. For us team is everything. We are the sum of our parts. Unique, smart, dedicated individuals make us what we are today and shape our future.
Our development team is based in Ireland (mostly Limerick, a smaller team in Dublin) but we work on a wide range of projects from all corners of the globe. We aim to bake originality and awesomeness into everything we do.
We'll really encourage you to keep learning. We'll help you improve your skills and gain certifications. We’ll do all we can to help you realise your full potential. You’ll have all the tools that you need to get the job done with a set-up that works for you.
We reward hard work and original thinking. If you enjoy being part of a team, sharing expertise and mentoring peers then you’ll fit right in. We really take care of those who step up to the plate, who help others grow, who move projects in the right direction; those who make a difference.
Yes we expect quality work, ingenuity and delivery. The hours? Well, they’re flexible. See what works for you. The more you deliver, the more responsibility you take, the more flexibility you’ll enjoy.
We're proud of the software we develop, and proud of the people who make it happen. If you’re a genuine, smart technology person and you like the sound of Action Point then we’d love to hear from you. We have a variety of openings in our development team (either Limerick or Dublin).
